In this episode of Midlife Moves, we're talking about why we struggle to take credit for our own accomplishments and why that needs to change. From writing a letter that landed me an invite to the White House, to showing up every morning at 4am for my fitness goals, I'm finally learning to say: I did that. And you should too.
